Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') applies to all use of the Service and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using Atlus AI, you agree not to use the Service for any of the prohibited activities below.

Prohibited content

Do not generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory; that sexualizes or endangers minors; that incites violence, self-harm, or terrorism; or that violates the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of others.

Do not use the Service to create deceptive content presented as fact, including unsupported claims about regulated products (medicines, financial instruments) or impersonation of real individuals or organizations.

Prohibited activities

Do not attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls; scrape, crawl, or index the Service in a way that disrupts operation; or reverse-engineer model weights, system prompts, or infrastructure.

Do not use the Service to develop or deploy weapons, malware, surveillance, or other systems that cause harm; to automate harassment or spam; or to violate the terms of any integrated third-party model or connector.

Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service except under a separate written agreement with Atlus.

High-risk use

Atlus AI is not intended for use in safety-critical or high-risk domains (such as healthcare diagnosis, autonomous control, or credit decisions) without qualified human oversight. Outputs should be independently verified before any consequential use.

Reporting and enforcement

To report a violation, contact legal@atlusai.app. We investigate reports and may remove content, throttle usage, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this AUP or applicable law.

Where required by law or a valid legal request, we may disclose account and usage information to authorities.
