Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains billing, cancellation, and refund practices for paid plans. It is governed by and forms part of our Terms of Service. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Free plan

The Free plan has no cost and no billing commitment. You may upgrade, downgrade, or stop using it at any time.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed in advance for each monthly period and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account settings and will retain access through the end of the current period.

We do not issue refunds for partial months on monthly plans, except where required by law (including applicable consumer-protection or cooling-off provisions).

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed in advance for a twelve-month term. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that term.

After the first 14 days, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the term at our discretion. Pro-rated amounts are calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of the paid term.

How to request a refund

Email billing@atlusai.app from the address associated with your account, including your account email and the reason for the request. We acknowledge receipt and aim to respond within five (5) business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is erroneous, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
